He is a famous and repetated neurosurgery who moved from New York to Seattle. At the end of the third temporade, he rejects being the Jef of Surgery since he wants to dedicate time to his relationship with Meredith. He is desorganized and like nature, also sensitive, handsome and gentle.

People says that she’s the worst character in TV series, but I say the exact opposite. She’s understandable. She had abandonment issues, so it’s just normal that she couldn’t easily connect to being loved and all. Her half-sister wanted to get to know her and she rejected her. She’s afraid that some day her boyfriend, too, will leave her, just like her father did and just like her mother did. She kept running away from Derek because she’s afraid that if she let herself fall, when Derek eventually left she’ll get hurt once again.
